The All-In Health Foundation was launched by Dr. Daniel Sadigh in a mindful effort to bring an innovative, integrative, and holistic approach to mental, emotional, and physical wellness and healthcare. In its inaugural year, our organization is currently cultivating strategic partnerships with a range of healthcare and wellness providers, community leaders and organizations, and institutions that will empower us to achieve our mission.

DR. DANEIL SADIGH

Clinical Director

Dr. Daniel Daryoush Sadigh, LMFT, PsyD is the clinical director, co-founder and visionary behind the WOW Balance Modality at Wheel of Wellbeing and All-In Health Foundation. Dr. Sadigh’s four decades of educational and experiential background in the fields of medical sciences, accounting, business, film-making, marriage & family therapy, and clinical psychology are influenced by alternative medicinal practices; these bring specific attention to mental health by integrating a mind-body approach to joy and well-being. In addition to his philanthropic work, Dr. Sadigh supports clients in private practice, seminars, radio programs, and retreats.
Lillian G. Farzan

Lillian G. Farzan

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Lillian Farzan is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#100172) with a passion for advocating on behalf of minoritized communities. As a first-generation American and the daughter of Iranian Jewish immigrants, she grew up with an acute awareness of oppression, discrimination, and inequity. Her passion for understanding the nature and impact of intersectionality on an individual’s life trajectory led her to pursue her Bachelors Degree in Psychology at the University of California, Santa Cruz, her Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California and her registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.

As a pre-licensed therapist with All-In Health Foundation, Lillian uses her feminist and trauma informed approach with the understanding that identity plays a large component in understanding an individual’s anxiety and depression among other very human struggles. Lillian works with each of her clients through assessing their unique strengths and areas of growth to create treatment plans that embrace their varying stories and intersections.

Nasrin Beyraghdar

Nasrin Beyraghdar

PhD. MFT Associate

Nasrin Beyraghdar is a psychotherapist and Marriage and Family Associate with a background in Philosophy, Art and Sufism psychology. She also teaches Persian literature in comparison to analytical psychology. Nasrin has received her Ph.D. degree in Depth Psychotherapy from Pacifica University and Master Degree in  Marriage, Family Therapy from Cal State Fullerton. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT). Ms. Beyraghdar offers couple & individual’s counseling in Persian and English. The counseling approach that she uses is best described as psychodynamic which is a combination of various therapeutic strategies and skills depending upon a client’s unique challenges.

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Shiva Ghardashem, AMFT (# 107384), an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, received her Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in addition to School Counseling from Philips Graduate University. Her clinical and educational background in Child Development and Family Studies has led her to work collaboratively with parents, educate, and empower them through parenting classes, individual, and group therapy. Her warm and empathic approach, which is influenced by Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution- Focused Therapy, invites the clients to identify their strengths and capabilities and explore the new possibilities towards change. She has a broad range of clinical experiences working with children, adolescents, and adults treating depression, anxiety, family conflicts, and relational issues.
